I purchased it from the original owner.
This is a number matching Roadster which matches the Porsche Production Specification document, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, POA, and the Porsche Kardex.
It was manufactured 10/20/1959 as the 59th B Roadster.
The engine and transmission are original to this car.
All the sheet metal, fenders, hood, doors, rear quarters, and rear deck lid are original to the car.
This car has never been in an accident.
The gaps are as perfect as can be done.
The speedometer and instruments are original to the car and were restored by Palo Alto Speedometer, the original carburetors by Carburetor Rescue, wiring harness by YNZ, and the interior including seats, carpeting, top, covers, by Auto International, Escondido, CA.
The 5 wheels are original to the car and are manufactured by Lemmerz in 1959.
The original colors are Ruby Red with tan leatherette seats and tan top.
It is in its original colors.
In the last 4 years it has gone through a rotisserie restoration which includes every nut and bolt.
The engine has been completely restored within the last year.
The transmission has been completely restored in the same time frame.
The milage shows the original mileage of 80,775 miles, 420 miles since the car has been totally restored.
