Specialized CG Services, LLC prides itself on a large team of competent Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants, who provide services to our clients in these areas: - Personal Care: Assistance with feeding, bathing, grooming and dressing as needed.
- Meal Preparation: Planning and preparation of meals to meet your nutritional needs. This may include adhering to diet modifications for clients with specific health needs or those who are under modified swallow protocols.
- Incontinence care: Assistance with incontinence issues, such as changing incontinence supplies, assisting with emptying catheter and/or ostomy bag, etc. Assisting with transfer, ambulation and exercise:
- Assistance when transferring from/to bed or chair, ambulating (with or without assistive aids), performing exercises for strength and mobility, etc. This includes minimizing the potential for injury or accident by ensuring a safe environment.
- Shopping/errands/escorts: Grocery shopping and other errands for clients unable to perform these tasks. This also includes accompanying you to social engagements, doctor´s and other appointments and providing transportation in your vehicle.
Specialized CG Services, LLC also provides services performed by Homemakers/Companions. A Homemaker performs household chores that include housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, shopping assistance, and routine household activities. A Companion spends time with or cares for a client, may accompany the client on trips and outings and may prepare and serve meals to the client. Neither Homemakers nor Companions can provide hands-on personal care to a client. Finally, the registry is also able to provide nursing care. Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses (who work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse) can provide general nursing care as ordered by your physician and based on your health needs. This includes the creation and management of medication boxes as well as wound care, injections and other nursing tasks. At your request, Specialized CG Services, LLC can dispatch a Registered Nurse to conduct an assessment of your health and develop a plan that is tailored to your needs.
