Responsibilities
As the Supervisor of Addiction Technicians, you will:
Ensure the coverage of community based site with multiple programs with focus on patient safety and recovery environment.
Assist patients and staff in the treatment process within organizational guidelines, philosophies, and procedures.
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the addiction technician department.
Be responsible for the management and training of staff that are responsible for the safety and security of the patients.
Manage the schedule of the entire team to ensure adequate staffing coverage for the patients
Ensure that all staff are in compliance with necessary trainings, implement employee engagement initiatives,
Supervise the oversight of the addiction technician's timecards, manage hiring for all new staff within the department, and provide regular and consistent supervision for staff in relation to performance.
In addition, engage in leadership team meetings and committees for facility and partner with other supervisors to ensure quality care is delivered to patients.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree
Three or more years providing clinical supervision in addiction or behavioral health
Five or more years' experience in the addiction field with a minimum of two years with 12 step facilitation
License or certification from appropriate state or new out of state employees may be in process of getting appropriate license or certification (CAP, CAC, LMHT, LCSW)
Preferred
Master's Degree in Addiction Studies or related field
MCAP or CAP, LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or related field licensure (and eligible to transfer to FL)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
