Apartment Maintenance Technician/HVAC Expert
Compensation:
14.00-16.00/hour - DOE
Responsibilities
As skilled maintenance support for this community you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds, in partnership with the other members of our maintenance team. You will be asked to implement creative and cost effective procedures to complete work orders, turns, grounds keeping and much more. All team members perform rotating on-call duties. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor of the property.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an apartment maintenance or facilities position. An EPA Universal and/or HVAC Universal certification is required. This position requires the ability to work independently, as well as with a group. Basic computer knowledge is strongly preferred.
