Accounts Payable Lead
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable function for the organization
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end close processes and reporting
Accounts Payable Lead Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee a team of accounts payable specialists
- Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
- Provide support for audits and regulatory compliance
Accounts Payable Lead Skills:
- 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
