Summary:
Dining Room Server Reporting to the Dining Room Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
Have full knowledge of the menu and beverages offered.
Follow all state food safety and sanitation policies.
Ability to properly utilize a POS System.
Work well with others, be team oriented.
Maintains organized workstation and complete all side work duties.
Be available to work Lunch and Dinner shifts.
Follows established system for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.
Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
Food safety certificate required - If needed we can provide.
Be able to stand for 6 hours at a time.
Be able to lift 30 lbs.
Be able to work in indoor or outdoor environment.
Maintain a clean, well groomed and professional appearance.
Uniforms shirts provided, must be maintained pressed and in good order.
