Must have the ability to recommend and coordinate finishes and be ready to help homeowners make.
Handles special request for custom options.
They must present a high degree of integrity & professionalism and be knowledgeable in all aspects of products offered or willingness to learn.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to follow through.
Must be detail oriented, organized with the ability to prioritize projects, work against deadlines and organize workflow and able to follow through on all orders with a sense of urgency and with multiple interruptions.
Must have strong verbal & written communication skills and outstanding customer service skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheet software are essential.
Full time position with attractive hours, Saturdays required.
We are closed on Sundays and not open nights.
Responsibilities:
Greet Customers as they walk in the door and monitor the floor, assisting Customers when needed Answer all company phone calls quickly and in a professional manner Effectively represent Carrara Kitchens & Baths by interacting with Customers/Clients in a warm and hospitable manner Maintain knowledge of showroom products/brands Ensure merchandise is correctly signed and priced Maintain proper displays on the floor, replacing and moving products as needed Maintain the tidiness of the showroom, ensuring it is always presentation ready Accurately price jobs based on customer drawings and field measurements Maintain inventory control, reviewing entire inventory list daily and ordering new items as needed Maintain installation schedule Compensation package based on qualifications and experience.
