HealthLynked is looking for a full-time patient care coordinator to work at our office in Naples, FL.
The role is a combination of phone activity such as customer service, inbound/outbound calls, as well as data entry and scheduling patient appointments with physicians across the country.
The employee will directly assess the patient's healthcare needs, assist in scheduling a doctor's appointment and assist the patient in creating their online account.
The employee will also update physician profiles and maintain accurate physician information in our online medical directory of over 800,000 national healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with patient needs, appointment booking and interacting directly with medical practices.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer service / patient calls.
Make outbound calls to practices and to patients as needed.
Data entry, making updates to our provider profiles and database.
Maintain accurate electronic records of customer interactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Skills:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Positive and outgoing attitude, trustworthy, punctual, and a true team player.
Strong phone skills:
listening, voice clarity, collaborating and follow up.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication, good computer and phone presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Hours are 830AM-5PM Monday-Friday.
No overtime, nights or weekends are required, but may be available.
Production pay/incentives are available.
