We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as the Director of Education in our new Naples, Florida center.
As the Director of Education for SAM in Naples, Florida, you will be responsible for overseeing the educational programs, curriculum delivery, and ensuring a stimulating learning environment.
Your primary objectives include:
CURRICULUM DELIVERY Collaborate with instructional staff to deliver SAM's math and English curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and fostering a love for mathematics and English.
Our instructors are mentors who will teach kids using our curriculum in a small group (4-6 kids) setting.
PROGRAM OVERSIGHT Manage day-to-day operations of the education center, including class schedules, teaching delivery, and student progress tracking.
STAFF TRAINING Provide leadership and support for the instructional team, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver SAM's curriculum effectively.
PARENT ENGAGEMENT Foster strong relationships with parents through regular communication, workshops, and events, showcasing the benefits of SAM's approach to math and English education.
QUALITY ASSURANCE Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to uphold SAM's standards of excellence in math education.
Our Math and English instructors are mentors who will teach kids using our curriculum in a small group (4-6 kids) setting.
