Currently, we have an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Work Hours:
8:
00 am - 5:
00pm, Monday through Friday Pay Scale:
$19.
00 - $24.
00 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:
Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen High school diploma or (GED) 2 years of customer service and dispatch experience Written and verbal communication in English Highly proficient in organizational skills and MS Office Ability to multi-task Preferred
Qualifications:
Service Titan software knowledge Geographical knowledge of the service area (Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, and surrounding areas).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
