The New Wellness Center is a 20,000 sq.
ft.
two-story building featuring a full suite of spa amenities, treatment rooms, physical therapy, men's, and ladies' locker rooms, four dedicated group exercise rooms, salt therapy, a renovated resort-style pool, and a salon.
Upstairs you will find over 11,000 sq.
ft.
of modern new fitness equipment, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with vistas of the lake and golf course, along with a dedicated Spin Room, Pilates, yoga studio, and group exercise room.

We are a DFWP/EOE Responsibilities Greet Members and guests by name upon entry to the facility.
Answer phones in a professional, and welcoming manner.
Facilitate timely and accurate check-in/check-out.
Handle member/guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Accurately process all charges for products and services.
Book, change and/or cancel appointments, notifying appropriate service provider of schedule change.
Continually inspect and tidy all departmental areas and locker rooms, following designated cleaning and sanitation protocols.
Provide users with equipment instruction and use assistance.
Learn and follow all WCC emergency procedures.
Politely and professionally enforce all Club rules and regulations.
Report any equipment or facility issues, incidents, and member feedback to Manager on Duty.
Become knowledgeable about and actively promote spa and fitness services, classes, events, and retail products.
Requirements Outgoing personality and proficient communication Excellent customer service skills Computer and Technology:
working proficiency with Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook and email.
Club Point of Sale, Club Essentials helpful but not required.
Knowledge of cardio and strength machines helpful.
