Executive Administrative Assistant to CEO

HealthLynked HealthLynked Naples, FL Naples, FL Full-time Full-time Up to $25 an hour Up to $25 an hour HealthLynked is looking for an Executive Assistant/Project Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's CEO and his executive team at our office in Naples, FL.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience assisting senior leadership in an administrative capacity, and 4-5 years of overall experience working as an administrative assistant.
Some of the relevant skills and responsibilities include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Problem-solving and decision making skills Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed Ability to work effectively and proactively with minimal supervision Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion Exceptional attention to detail Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Work closely with the CEO and his Executive team to keep him well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately Managing the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Organize meetings, create agendas and prepare and distribute relevant documentation Ability to take on special projects as assigned Knowlege of managing social media for marketing purposes a plus Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
