The Home Health Aide provide personal care services to assist clients toward independent living in a safe and comfortable environment.
Your Contributions:
Performs only those personal care activities contained in a written assignment by a qualified health professional employee, which shall include but shall not be limited to assisting the client with personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing and shaving Ensures that the client receives adequate nutrition including preparing the client for meals and assisting the client as necessary.
Encourages and offers fluids to provide adequate oral intake Performs light housekeeping tasks such as laundering of the clients' personal garments, dish washing and vacuuming Provides escort services such as transporting the client to the doctor or other appointment Your Background:
High school education preferred but not necessary Florida State Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide Certification preferred but not necessary.
Will train.
Valid Driver's License Previous experience in home health, hospital, or nursing home preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
