As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest requests promptly and professionally - Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Process payments and maintain accurate records Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service - Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred - Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus - Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
