3 Naples, FL Naples, FL Full-time Full-time From $20 an hour From $20 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Gulfside Elevator a Division of Southeast Elevator, the leader in residential home elevators, is looking for a Service Coordinator/Office Administrator who, under general supervision, will perform administrative duties in a fast-paced office environment related to the ongoing business of the office.
This person is a critical part of our front-line team, who will work closely with existing customers to schedule maintenance and service appointments.
Your responsibilities may include tasks associated with but not limited to, ensure excellent customer service standards, strong phone etiquette, assisting with tasks associated with service operations including collection of payments and scheduling appointments, basic bookkeeping and other office tasks.
Essential Job Functions Answer phone as necessary and direct calls to the proper person Contact existing customers to schedule appointments Handle inbound service calls and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Work with contractors/homeowners on gathering necessary information to help Project Manager Provide assistance to managers as requested which may include special projects Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Basic bookkeeping data entry of bills and follow-up on accounts receivable Other duties as assigned Skills Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with customers and Southeast Elevator personnel.
Strong organizational skills Self-starter Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures Ability to follow written and oral instructions Strong utilization of Microsoft Office Tools and Google Sheets Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school diploma' 'Work Location:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
