Speed and positive customer interactions are very important for this position.
You will work the front of the house and the back of the house at the same time.
This position offers growth within our company and potential earnings of $25 per hour.
This is what the job generally entails.
-Greet each customer as they enter Tin City, offer FREE SAMPLES of ICE CREAM to EVERYONE who walks by.
-Opening the store, and prepping the store for the day.
-Prep all ice cream inside display freezer tubs to prepare to be scooped and served to customers.
-Cooking all menu items in a timely matter, while cooking on the grill you will be required to help at the front and side window (offering free samples, scooping ice cream, and cashing out customers).
- Achieve sales daily sales goals - Maintain clean and positive environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or server is preferred but not required - Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Strong communication and teamwork skills The most important person in the store is always the customer.
The most important asset to any business is the employee or the term we prefer to use is; the teammate.
The teammate needs to deliver top notch customer service each shift.
When the teammate does this they are creating a rapport with our guests.
