Design, an architecture and interiors firm, is seeking talented and motivated designers for support their Naples office.
The right candidates would be responsible for taking a significant role on hospitality and residential projects of various scales.
Currently needs exist for new luxury residential projects in the Naples area, along with new resort projects in the Caribbean.
This would include design, management, and production as required throughout all phases of any project.
We are looking for candidates that have strong design skills supported with similar technical knowledge.
Salary is competitive and based on experience/skill level.
The successful candidate should have the following
Qualifications:
2 to 5 years relevant post-graduate experience Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite Experience and comfort level in taking a leadership role on projects from initial concept through construction administration Experience and ability to coordinate and produce construction documents Strong knowledge of architectural building systems and design details Knowledge of applicable local codes Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously Ability to work on short time frames and meet deadlines Experience in wide range of projects including resort and residential work.
Strong design, communication, organizational and collaborative skills 3D Max capability a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
