Our store operating hours are from 10:
00 AM- 10:
00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions - Handle cash transactions and process payments using the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery Requirements:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts or promotions is a plus - Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas We are looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
