We are hiring a Team Member/Cashier at our location.
The most important aspect of the Cashier Profession is CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The cashier assists every customer:
from ringing up and advising on selecting the right car wash, to answering specific questions about our services.
Because the cashier has contact with every customer, friendliness and courtesy are paramount.
The job is fast-paced.
We're a high-volume business, and the ability to multi-task is a definite plus.
There is some paperwork that the cashier is expected to complete on a daily basis, as well as answering phone calls from customers inquiring about our service.
Our cashiers can expect to earn meaningful commissions based on meeting certain sales-related targets (commissions for membership sales, reaching certain pricing goals, gift card sales).
Requirements for the role:
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude The ability to deliver a great guest experience Ability to work up to 5 days a week Previous cashier experience a plus (but not required) Ability to jump in and assist in other business functions when needed Speak fluent English, Spanish is a plus Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Job Type:
