Providing Home, Hope and Healing to abused and neglected children and teens in Southwest Florida.

Founded in 1972, Youth Haven was established to fulfill an immediate need for emergency shelter for children who had been removed suddenly from a traumatic home situation.
A group of caring local individuals worked together with law enforcement and community partners to create a safe space for each of these children in need.
Job Details:
Provide supervision of children in residence.
Provide consistency and structure in daily routines.
Facilitate overall care and well-being for the children, many of whom have suffered trauma and have behavioral challenges.
Maintain living quarters.
Participate in daily activities with children.
Support and mentor youth.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Empathetic Patient Supportive Model Positive Behavior Ability to manage technology for client records Detail and organization for client schedules and activities Documentation of records, logs, and client needs Minimum High School Diploma.
Pay scale is based on:
Education Level and shift differentials Primarily hiring for evening, overnight and weekends Youth Haven is a 24-7 & 365 day a year facility that foster and homeless children call home.
Staff hired for this position must be willing to work required shifts.
