You will partner with the Facilities Manager to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with a minimum of 3 months remaining in good standing.
COVID -19 Vaccination / approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
Installing and maintaining janitorial and maintenance equipment including toilets, furniture refinishing, painting, cleaning, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wet/dry vacuuming.
Performing routine maintenance on electrical systems.
Purchasing supplies and ordering materials.
Aiding in the scheduling of services and repairs.
Coordinating with medical, social workers, nurses, chemist, technicians, and staff to ensure proper screening and diagnosis of clients.
Maintaining a clean and tidy office space.
Regularly attending meetings and training sessions which include but are not limited to curriculum and curriculum development and review, case management meetings and community outreach.
Other duties as assigned.
