The Environmental Services Director is responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures and cleanliness of the building and providing residents and staff a safe, healthy, and pleasing environment in which to live and work.
Directs, trains, and supervises all housekeeping and maintenance staff and oversees contractors as applicable.
Qualifications:
Must possess CFC Certification.
Must be a high school graduate and possess the ability to speak, read, write, and follow written and oral directions.
Must have a minimum of two-years of experience in maintenance in a commercial residential setting preferably within a hospital or nursing home.
