This position will be responsible for assisting a third-party company with the administration of all warranties for our vehicles.
This position will also be responsible for ensuring proper documentation of all claims as outlined by the manufacturer's policies and procedures manual, as well as assisting with other service department duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and be able to work independently or in a team environment.
Responsibilities Process warranty claim needs in a timely manner Assist with service department Communicate with effectively with parts and service advisors Work with technicians to ensure that vehicles are in compliance with all applicable warranties.
Assist with customer service calls as needed Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
