Responsibilities:
Enter in new and used vehicle inventory and perform month end reconciliations.
Break down all vehicle contracts and related trade paperwork.
Calculation of commissions.
Floorplan and lien payoffs.
Ensure all taxes are calculated correctly.
Reconciles all payments prior to finalizing the deal.
Qualifications:
Automotive experience required.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience.
Will train the right candidate with ADP/CDK experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Willing to submit to a background checks and drug screening Salary commensurate with experience.
