This position will be responsible for staffing and scheduling our nursing department staff including CNAs, LPNs and RNs as well as ordering and stocking the necessary medical supplies to meet the clinical needs of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have experience staffing in skilled nursing centers as well as ordering and stocking medical supplies.
Responsibilities Staff and schedule CNAs, LPNs and RNs daily to cover 8-12 hr shifts across 24 hr periods 7 days per week Develop and maintain a staffing schedule based on the needs of the facility Manage the necessary onboarding process for new hires as requested Prepare new hire paperwork such as references, medical documentation and education documentation as required Perform administrative duties such as entering new hire data as required Perform other duties as assigned by management Order and stock medical supplies within determined par levels / budget as delegated by Administrator /Director of Nursing Experience Requirements CNA certificate preferred Associates Degree preferred but not required Job Type:
