Operations Assistant

Marissa Collections is looking to add an Operations Assistant to the team to provide support for our Naples boutique.
This will be a hybrid role to entail a combination of inventory control, general department tasks, and clothing preparation.
The successful candidate will work with high-end product and take pride in the care of handling of merchandise while preparing it for the sales floor.
They must maintain a high level of care and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills to interact with internal team members and department leaders.
Candidates should work well in a dynamic environment and excel at communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines.
This is an ENTRY-LEVEL opportunity with limited room for advancement in the near future Primary
Responsibilities:
Tagging, steaming, and hanging clothing Proper handling of Merchandise Inspect incoming shipments of luxury clothing with necessary paperwork.
EOD office cleaning tasks Physical Inventory Other duties as assigned.
Secondary
Responsibilities:
Reconcile items are returned and transferred to store locations appropriately.
Monitor progress of photography production in support of inventory and ecommerce Support shipping department Support returns processing Participate in set up, break down, and additional requests for events.
All candidates must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background screening prior to hire.
