Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled and hard working Maintenance person to provide upkeep and repair duties for a property in Naples.
The ideal candidate will be proficient at problem solving, possess excellent customer service skills, and a team player.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Keep the building and grounds in a clean and orderly condition by examining on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance and cleanliness Perform or arrange for general building fixture repairs Wash and clean pool deck and furniture as well as outdoor grills Light plumbing:
faucet, ceiling fan, light fixture, toilet etc.
Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment Keep equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Provide a variety of cleaning services to maintain a pristine environment in common areas and all buildings Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Requirements:
Valid Florida Driver's License Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment Must be fluent in English (reading/ writing) Must be able to use a phone Open to custodial duties as needed Extremely organized with good communication skills (verbally and written) Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in a variety of temperatures.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:
00am - 4:
30pm with 30 minute lunch break
