The Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality of the hotel while completing maintenance related projects on a daily basis.
We're looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual who is physically able to carry out these duties.
Ideal candidates should enjoy a fast paced environment with a guest-friendly demeanor.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Performs minor plumbing maintenance Performs minor electrical maintenance Performs a wide variety of general maintenance activities Performs safety related system maintenance Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas.
Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment Job Type:
