Maintenance Staff

Our Maintenance staff perform general duties, mostly in the building but some outside tasks are involved (No specialized or at risk tasks are involved).
General workday includes the following; Opening property amenities (Tennis Courts, etc.
) - Bi-Weekly recycle bin placement for City pickup - Bi-Weekly Small Dumpster placement for City pickup - Monitoring Building infrastructure equipment, noting equipment performance and readings, Identifying issues to Management - Making Building-wide rounds daily - Pool Deck daily review for cleanliness, pool furniture placement, outside grill area tidying-up, light bulb checks in Emergency halls, stairwells, and interior lighting fixtures - preparing Trade elevators with padding for trades, mover, and the like - pool monitoring (Ph, Alkalinity, etc.
We use a 4 times per week pool service so our Maintenance staff simply monitors readouts in our pool rooms) - general building appearance and cleanliness (we have Housekeeping staff who may ask your assistance from time to time with discarded boxes etc.
) - Keeping our Main Lobby Entry and Lobby Pool Exit in top notch appearance - Following instructions daily to open units for incoming owners (water turn-ons, water heaters on, etc.
) - daily instructions for closing units (reverse of opening, each takes a few minutes to accomplish) - other tasks as identified by Management Job Type:
