The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
This person will also be comfortable communicating with clients via in-person and on the phone.
We use Lightspeed Retail POS as our POS system and Quickbooks Online as our accounting software.
Experience with both softwares is a huge plus, but any POS and accounting software experience is good.
Responsibilities Manage the repairs/service department.
This includes keeping track of incoming and outstanding repairs via Smartsheets (our service app).
This also includes communicating with customers the process and updating them periodically Package our sales Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Skills Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Hours per week:
