Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Job
Summary:
A Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for the maintenance and care of outdoor lawns and gardens.
The individual will work within a team and will be responsible for all tasks related to lawn maintenance, such as mowing, weed eating, edging, and weed control.
The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Key
Responsibilities:
Mowing lawns using a ride-on or push mower.
Edging and trimming lawns using weed eaters and edger's.
Use of various hand tools, such as rakes, shovels, and pruning shears.
Removing leaves, debris, and other materials from the lawns and gardens.
Pruning bushes and trees to ensure their health and longevity.
Basic Knowledge of weed management and fertilizer protocols.
Always maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
Ensuring that equipment is clean and functional, and report any maintenance needs or repairs required.
Adhering to all safety procedures while working.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in lawn maintenance is desirable, but not essential.
Excellent physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Must be willing to work early mornings, and some weekends as scheduled.
Ability to work independently or within a group dynamic.
Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
