Responsibilities:
NO PEST CONTROL SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - WE WILL TRAIN! As a HomeTeam Customer Service Representative, you can expect to:
Provide positive customer experiences that significantly affect the customer's likelihood to continue to use and buy additional service from HomeTeam Pest Defense.
The Customer Service Representative regularly communicates with internal and external customers of HomeTeam Pest Defense.
Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing (non-termite), schedule service(s) and provide closure for customers.
Provide service information to existing customers and initiate add-on services.
Enter and update service-related notes in system software related customer information.
Print, distribute, and review service tickets for technicians.
Escalate appropriate inquiries or problems to managers.
Collect and reconcile payments for customer accounts.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Basic Microsoft Office experience and/or entry level understanding of computers and typing.
Ability to multitask Entry level skill on use of company telephone features and how to use them Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED Must successfully pass background and drug screening Physical Demands / Working Environment:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
