Main Objective:
Responsible for mining, aggregating, and reporting travel and expense statistics. Development and tracking of key metrics for dissemination to Management & the enterprise. Serving as the department financial point of contact, leads and/or participates in various projects related to partnering with business units to help understand data, identify outliers, and remediate deficiencies. Responsibilities:
Establish and prepare periodic reporting of key program metrics to management using Power BI. Develop scorecards, work with the communications department to disseminate to the organization. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel. Position will require the ability to analyze and provide summary-level reporting of data utilizing a variety of reporting tools. Work with internal business partners to provide spend data for vendor contract negotiations. Review policies and procedures related to travel and expense programs, analyze costs, draft recommendations to management on opportunities to further enhance programs. Active contributor to improved financial performance with challenge of making assumptions and suggestions for effective improvement. Analyze a wide variety of data to identify opportunities to improve forecasting methods to model against expectations, trends, and projections. Compile ad hoc reports as requested. Operate within general procedures with supervised results and under minimal direct supervision. Resolve budget inquiries, issues and complaints. Create and updates materials used to educate new executives. Attend trainings for ongoing updates in the Corporate Travel and Expense industry. Participate in the continuation of the development of a global service model. Incidental Duties:

Experience:
Bachelor's degree required 5 years working in an analyst or auditor function required Bilingual in Spanish, German, or Mandarin a plus Microfsoft Power BI experience required Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Strong customer service and organizational skills; detail oriented Strong working knowledge and understanding of budgeting Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects; anticipate needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet set deadlines Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PCs, MS Office Suite with a focus on Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Concur Travel & Expense, SAP, and other software. Advanced skills in Excel to manipulate data using macros, vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas. Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables. Mathematical Skills Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements. Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Auditing & Compliance, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
